In December 2015, the KDN-10000 high-purity nitrogen equipment designed and manufactured by our company for a company in Shizuishan, Ningxia was successfully commissioned and put into production in one go. This equipment adopts new patented technology with a nitrogen outlet tower pressure of 0.7MPa, which can be widely applied in various industries such as electronics, petrochemical, metallurgical protection, and many others. The energy consumption of the nitrogen product is 0.22kW.h/Nm³, saving more than 25% energy compared to similar high-purity nitrogen equipment, resulting in significant economic and social benefits.
The successful operation of this equipment marks that Suzhou Oxygen Plant Co., Ltd. is at the forefront of the domestic air separation industry in the research and development of energy-efficient high-purity nitrogen equipment.
