On March 18, 2024, District Party Committee Secretary Ding Lixin conducted an in-depth visit and research at key enterprises, comprehensively understanding the current status of enterprise development and operations, seeking input on needs and solutions from enterprises, and striving to promote high-quality development of Wuzhong’s industrial economy.
Suzhou Oxygen Plant Co., Ltd., established in 1971, focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of various air separation and liquefaction equipment, chemical tail gas recovery, and rare gas products, with exports to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide. The company was listed on the New Third Board in 2016 and was recognized as a national “Little Giant”
enterprise specializing in niche sectors in 2022. In 2023, the company’s output value increased by 130% year-on-year, and in January-February 2024, it grew by 17.9% compared to the same period last year.
Secretary Ding gained a detailed understanding of the company’s production operations and industry development status, visited the production workshops, and personally inspected production equipment and main products. He listened to the company representative’s introduction of production principles and technological processes.
Secretary Ding affirmed the development achievements of the enterprise and expressed hope that the company would deepen its focus in specialized areas, seize opportunities, and spare no effort in exploring new markets. He stated that relevant departments should wholeheartedly provide good service to enterprises, build platforms to promote integrated development of industrial chains, help enterprises increase production capacity and expand markets, and jointly promote high-quality development of Wuzhong’s industrial economy.
