Suzhou Oxygen Plant Co., Ltd. Successfully Completes 2024 New Employee Training

Suzhou Oxygen Plant Co., Ltd. successfully completed a two-month training program for new employees on August 8, 2024. The training was organized by the Administrative Management Department (Human Resources), with instructors and course materials arranged by the Technology Development Department and Quality Management Department. The training adopted an internal classroom teaching approach, aimed at helping new employees adapt to their roles more quickly, improve work performance, and better meet the company’s development needs.

A total of 41 employees who joined the company within the past three years participated in this training, including designers, inspectors, project managers, marketing personnel, production technicians, maintenance and after-sales staff, and field managers. The training content covered air separation process flow and equipment basics, turbo expander fundamentals, safety technical supervision regulations for pressure vessels and pipelines, pressure vessel manufacturing and welding processes, quality management systems, and other aspects. Senior experts from various fields within the company served as instructors.

To consolidate the training results, the company organized an examination after all courses were completed, and the test scores have been included in the employees’ personal files. Meanwhile, all training materials have been uploaded to the company’s OA system knowledge base for employees’ future reference and study.

Through this intensive training, new employees gained a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the company’s product processes, relevant laws and regulations, quality standards, and other aspects, significantly improving their overall competence. This will help them quickly adapt to job requirements, make greater contributions in their respective fields, and support the company’s steady development.
