Each component, equipment part, and connection device directly affects the overall operation of the equipment. Therefore, when designing large and medium-sized complete gas separation equipment, Suzhou Oxygen Plant Co., Ltd. must not only possess comprehensive design capabilities but also accumulate substantial practical data. The design level of complete gas separation equipment directly determines the technological level of the product and is the most important core technology in gas separation equipment manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company&#8217;s large and medium-sized complete air separation equipment manufacturing technology has been gradually developed through independent research and development. Currently, the company has mastered the design and integration technology for seventh-generation air separation equipment featuring ambient temperature molecular sieve purification, structured packing towers, internal compression processes, total rectification argon production, and variable-load intelligent DCS distributed control systems. The product design has reached an internationally advanced level. Meanwhile, based on the design of complete air separation equipment, the company has also mastered the design technology for other integrated equipment such as natural gas liquefaction equipment and
